1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 1wins ("1wins", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1wins website accessible at 1wins.today and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 1wins Platform, creating a 1wins account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products or promotions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the 1wins Platform.

This Agreement is governed by the terms of 1wins's international gaming license. 1wins operates in compliance with applicable international regulatory standards for online gaming platforms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a 1wins account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced without exception.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organization when registering or using your account.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 1wins Platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative closure.
• You are registering and using your account with funds that are legitimately yours and not proceeds of criminal activity.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently receiving treatment for, a gambling disorder.

When registering your 1wins account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

1wins reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time, including but not limited to a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid passport, or recent utility bills. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Responsibilities and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 1wins Platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts, regardless of the balance held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1wins account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 1wins will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In the event that you suspect your 1wins account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 1wins support immediately via the contact details provided on this Platform. You should also change your password immediately using the account security settings.

You agree to keep your registered contact details — including your Pakistani mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information may delay account recovery, withdrawal processing, or verification procedures.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 1wins Platform for users registered through 1wins.today are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1wins supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 1wins account are typically credited within minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the 1wins cashier page.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits applicable to each method. 1wins reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal above the standard threshold. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 2–24 hours of approval
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: typically within 1–3 business days

1wins does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your financial institution may impose its own charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Funds held in your 1wins account are player funds and are kept separate from 1wins operational funds in accordance with the requirements of our gaming license. This provides a degree of protection for your balance, though it does not constitute an absolute guarantee of fund recovery in all circumstances.

5 Sports Betting Rules and Policies

1wins offers sports betting markets across a wide range of sports, with particular emphasis on cricket — including Pakistan national team matches, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), and all major international cricket tournaments. Additional sports include football, tennis, UFC, kabaddi, and others as listed on the platform at any given time.

Bet acceptance: All bets placed on the 1wins Platform are subject to acceptance by 1wins. 1wins reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where odds have been published in error, where the maximum market liability has been reached, or where there is suspicion of irregular betting activity.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment without a result being determined, clearly erroneous odds published as a result of technical error, or a determination by 1wins that the integrity of the market has been compromised.

In-play betting: Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted subject to live data feeds and network conditions. 1wins does not guarantee uninterrupted live betting availability and is not liable for losses arising from delayed data feeds, connectivity interruptions, or platform latency during in-play events.

Palpable errors: In the event that odds are published as a result of a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), 1wins reserves the right to void all bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether the event has concluded. The determination of what constitutes a palpable error rests solely with 1wins.

6 Casino, Slots, and Live Gaming

The 1wins Casino section provides access to live dealer table games, virtual slot machines, crash games, and other casino-style products sourced from licensed third-party game providers. All casino games offered on the 1wins Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are subject to regular independent audits to ensure fairness and compliance with the standards required by our gaming license.

Casino games are offered for entertainment purposes. The house edge inherent in casino games means that, over time, the statistical expectation is that the player will lose a portion of total wagers placed. 1wins does not guarantee any specific outcome or return rate on any individual game session.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the individual game providers and are disclosed in each game's information panel. 1wins does not artificially adjust the RTP of any game outside of what is configured by the provider within their licensed parameters.

7 Bonuses, Promotions, and Welcome Offers

From time to time, 1wins offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Agreement and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your 1wins account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, and expiry timeframes are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the 1wins bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures — is a material breach of this Agreement. 1wins reserves the right to confiscate bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts involved in such activity.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

1wins is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all sections of the Platform. As a condition of using the 1wins Platform, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income or a strategy for recovering financial losses.
• You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
• Chasing losses — increasing bet sizes in an attempt to recover previous losses — is a recognized problem gambling behavior and you commit to avoiding this pattern.
• If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available through your 1wins account settings.

Self-exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 1wins Platform by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be prevented from accessing the Platform. 1wins will also take reasonable steps to prevent you from receiving marketing communications during the exclusion period.

Deposit limits: 1wins allows users to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel. Once a limit is set, it takes immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active, to prevent impulsive decisions during a losing session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wins Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using another person's identity or credentials
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities, whether in 1wins's platform or in any third-party game software
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Placing bets based on inside information related to the outcome of a sporting event
• Any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to move or obscure funds of illicit origin
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1wins support staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the 1wins Platform or its content
• Providing false documentation during KYC or account verification processes

10 Account Suspension and Closure

1wins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged account inactivity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the user (for example, a voluntary closure request), any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures and applicable processing timelines.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement — including confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or provision of false information — 1wins reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance held in that account.

You may request the voluntary closure of your 1wins account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome, and the resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1wins Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the proprietary property of 1wins or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1wins Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content or software.

The 1wins name, logo, and associated brand assets are trademarks of 1wins. Any unauthorized use of these trademarks — including in third-party content, advertising, or social media — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 1wins.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wins, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 1wins Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

1wins's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 1wins account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 1wins, death or personal injury caused by 1wins's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

The 1wins Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1wins makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and data accuracy, 1wins makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

1wins collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the 1wins Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, contact details, date of birth, financial transaction history, and betting history — is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, compliance with legal obligations (including AML and KYC requirements), fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalized platform features where applicable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

1wins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms, 1wins will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 1wins Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should cease using the Platform and request voluntary account closure before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1wins holds its international gaming license, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 1wins arising from or related to this Agreement or the 1wins Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 1wins support. The 1wins support team will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and will work to reach a resolution within 15 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution, as determined by 1wins's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for the purpose of preventing irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
